Jay R. Reynolds, Inc. started using AutoCAD in 1994 and is an AutoCAD beta test site. Prior to starting work on our projects, Jay R. Reynolds, Inc. draws the entire plumbing and/or mechanical piping system using our customized intelligent 3-D AutoCAD piping program. The AutoCAD drawings we produce are intelligent and are compatible with all forms of Building Information Modeling (BIM) programs. During this process, Jay R. Reynolds, Inc. looks for value engineering ideas and identifies any design and coordination issues that may affect the project schedule and the completion date. The piping conflicts and value engineering ideas that are identified during the AutoCAD process are presented to the owner and professional for resolution or consideration. We go through this pre-planning so that our work can be installed in a sequential, efficient manner consistent with the project specifications, drawings and schedule.
